With this cumulative experience we all ended up doing work in the healthcare industry that led to our paths joining at the same junction. Realising that our different strengths together gives us an advantage that makes us a force to be reckoned with. We decided to join our strengths and form a unique specialised unit offering an advanced service Project Management Company that is not easily matched in the market on experience.
With hands on site management we are part of the project from inception to completion. We believe that a project is managed on site and not from an office. We are involved with decision making, health & safety, and manage the cost control with the quantity surveyors.
We have experienced schedulers that continuously interrogate the programme and progress on site to ensure accurate reporting on progress.
